In 2006, I finally started to fulfill my old dream: I set up my own engraving workshop. With its slow construction and continuous development, the once micro-enterprise, nowadays, has grown into a six-person company. I am proud to run a company where customer satisfaction is at the heart of our work. Many people think that man, hand-drawing, and hand-work can be replaced, programmed and automated from the first step to the last. There are products that are made that way, really. But with every medal or badge that we make, we make it with careful hands, sharp eyes, and creative thoughts.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is charged separately and calculated based on your location, order quantity, and delivery requirements.
How do I pay for my order?
All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Once you approve your quote and digital proof, we will email you an invoice that you can pay quickly and securely online. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
What is your minimum/maximum order?
We make custom pins and patches starting at 100 pieces and can produce quantities over 5000 pieces.
How should I prepare my artwork? What file types do you accept?
For vector files, please outline your art (fonts especially) and send as an AI, EPS, or PDF. For raster files, please make it as high-res as possible and send as a JPG, GIF, TIFF, or PNG.
What is your turnaround time? When will my order ship?
Most orders take 3-4 weeks for production and shipping. However, unexpected factory and freight delays do happen on occasion. If you need your pins and patches by a specific date, just let us know.
Where will my order ship from?
Your order will ship from our workshop in Budapest, Hungary. We personally inspect each order for quality before sending it to you.
Will I receive a proof or sample before production begins?
After you send us your artwork, we will send you a free digital proof that shows what your custom pin or patch will look like. Physical pre-production samples are available for an additional fee.
